Celebrating a National Tradition
IACP Best Food Photography and Styling, Finalist
Through Book Kitchen, Steve Siegelman and I concepted this IACP finalist cookbook (Best Food Photography and Styling) for Macy's 85th Thanksgiving Day Parade anniversary, pairing recipes from the 13 Culinary Council chefs with rare archival photos and parade history. I led design, production, and photo art direction, managed print, and hired the editorial team, photographer, and stylists.
